About Kevin Lieberwirth
I'm Kevin Lieberwirth. I help men build muscle without dedicating their entire life to the gym.
For years I lived the typical all-in approach: Train hard and often, workouts as long as they needed to be, and saying no to meals out because I couldn't track them.
Then in my 30s my life changed fast. I landed a demanding job at one of the world's biggest tech companies, became a personal trainer and content creator, and started a relationship with a fantastic woman I met at work. With all that going on, I couldn't keep training five days a week, two hours a workout.
Afraid I'd lose all the muscle I'd worked so hard for, I got certified through one of the most respected bodybuilding qualifications in the world, J3U Physique Coaching. I hired a Mr. Olympia competitor as my own coach. And I spent more than I'd like to admit on learning how the body and muscle building actually work.
With the fraction of the time I had left, I cut out everything I didn't think was worth the effort. That left four things and I'm convinced they're the only things you'll ever need to build muscle.
That became the IRON Method: Intensity, Recovery, Overload, Nutrition.
I applied it to myself first, then to friends and clients around me. It worked so well that I left the corporate job to pursue my passion as a full-time personal trainer and physique coach.
Plenty of men who've trained for years are stuck, frustrated with how slow their muscle grows. I write to fix that. Muscle building is simple. The fitness industry made it complicated to sell more.
